Trestle Board: March – April 2013

From the East
I'd like to take this opportunity to express my pride in our lodge and in you -- all the Brothers that make it work. We are a diverse group with vastly different views on the world in general, but in our hearts, we share an incredible brotherhood, a deep love of our lodge, our great country, our communities and our families and loved ones. This does not go unnoticed by the people we are in contact with day in and day out. Together, we make a difference. Coming up is the visit by the Grand Master of Masons of North Carolina. We will be hosting the annual district meeting with the Grand Master on April 10th. Please put this on your calendars and make a special effort to be there. Our social director this year is Brother Steve Green. We begin our out of the lodge social events by going bowling on Monday the 25th. Please come and bowl with us. Bring your friends and family, it'll be a very fun evening. You can get details from Secretary Brother Lambe at the lodge. And I've heard through the Masonic grape vine that we may be having a very fun get-together soon at an Asheville Roller Derby game. Bring ear plugs if necessary. As usual Brothers, stay true to your selves. I look forward to seeing you in any venue. We are indeed brothers.
